Erin Anacker
Erin Anacker is a social impact entrepreneur and product strategist with two decades of experience building things from scratch. As co-founder and Head of Product at WholeStory, she took a hiring platform from concept to market—leading product development, designing go-to-market strategy, and building the operational systems that made it all work. Her team was also a finalist in the $5M Future of Work XPRIZE competition.
Erin holds a liberal arts degree in human-centered design and is an autodidact technical Swiss Army knife. She's managed remote development teams, led product launches under tight timelines, designed and coded dozens of custom websites by hand and using AI, and built complex no-code automation systems.
Growing up with Dyslexia, Erin was invited to learn a different way. This gifted her a creative, divergent brain that sees patterns and makes connections that others miss. Since playing as a goalkeeper on a nationally ranked college soccer team, she’s carried forward discipline, humility, and teamwork throughout her career. She’s passionate about living authentically as ourselves and leading with curiosity as an avid student of the endlessly fascinating Human Design framework and as a late-blooming queer person.
She lives in Missoula, MT where she enjoys trail running, mountain biking, listening to great live music, and engaging with her local community.
