Erin Anacker

Business Strategy & Systems Consultant

Erin Anacker is a 2x social impact founder and product strategist with two decades of experience building things from scratch.

As co-founder and Head of Product at WholeStory, she took a hiring platform from concept to market—leading product development, designing go-to-market strategy, and building the operational infrastructure that connected disparate tools into a seamless system. WholeStory served thousands of job seekers and changed the way dozens of employer customers hired before being acquired by a strategic partner in 2023. Her team was a finalists in the $5M Future of Work XPRIZE competition.

Erin’s approach is shaped by a belief that intuition is a powerful data point when paired with data-driven signals, and that the best products are generative rather than extractive. She brings authenticity, empathy, and curiosity to her work and is keen to support women, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and first-time business owners.

Growing up with Dyslexia, Erin was invited to learn a different way. This gifted her with a creative, divergent brain that sees patterns and connections others miss. She also played college soccer as a goalkeeper, which gave her the discipline, humility, and teamwork that she’s carried into her work today.

Erin holds a degree in human-centered design and is an autodidact technologist. She lives in Missoula, Montana, where she spends her time trail running, mountain biking, and listening to great live music.
