Jess has spent her career at the intersection of direct service and advocacy, resourcing for important work happening today and collaborating to change systems that result in inequities for a better tomorrow. She has led development and advocacy teams at nonprofits like Missoula Food Bank & Community Center and is currently on the leadership team at Home ReSource.
Jess also manages a side business as a contract content and grant writer. She is a team builder and strong advocate for women in the workplace.
